方法 Test method : |

1)裁出試樣250x25mm, 縱
/ 橫紋各5塊; |
|
|
2)調校儀器至水平;
放下試樣於上方滑道上, |
|
|
放下壓尺於試樣上, 兩者前端必需對齊; |
|
|
3)推進壓尺,
試樣會因應自身之重量而下垂; |
|
|
當觸及檢測線時, 記錄壓尺讀數; |
|
|
4)將 縱 / 橫紋 每片試樣之 底 / 面 各記錄 1次, |
|
|
當完成各10次之後, 便可得出各自平均值 !! |
|
|
|
1)cut out the specimen in
sizes 250x25mm,Vertical / Horizontal per 5pcs each, |
|
|
2)adjust the Tester in
horizontal; place the specimen on between the runway and the gauge, |
|
|
align the gauge with the end of
the spaceimen, |
|
|
3)push
the gauge out of the runway in slowly, the specimen will bend under its own
mass. |
|
|
Once it is enough to touch the bend
angle indicator, then the length of the overhang is measured. |
|
|
4)Vertical / Horizontal
be separated to do, and both faces of specimen be done, total = 10 times x
2(=10V+10H), |
|
|
then it can calculate the
average value per each !! |
