Used to cut out a Cloth sample  for calculating the fabric of  weight, Levers designed, just pull down the handle when can cut out the
cloth samples in easily and fastly, and it be in 100% circular, that is good for save a power and better than the rotating type!!
Used the Japanese knife-steel to make the cutting head and knife, it is sharp and durable, And the Base had designed,
it will be not easy to flod down again!!
